Welcome, my name is Zoltán Bíró — thank you for visiting NOPEHAUL.COM. I hope you'll return; I'll be here waiting.

I started this movement as one person who refuses to stay silent while the global obesity crisis destroys lives. My mission is simple but deeply personal: I want to help stop this crisis before it takes even more people from us.

I speak from experience. I struggle with obesity myself, and it has already damaged my health — including developing diabetes. I'm not satisfied with my body: thin arms and legs, a large belly… sometimes I feel like a chubby meerkat trying to stand tall in a world that keeps pushing me down.

But I'm still here. And I'm fighting — not just for myself, but for millions of others.

I live in Hungary, in the European Union, and my native language is Hungarian.

I only speak a little English, so I use Copilot to help me translate my texts into American English. While translating, Copilot wrote something that touched me deeply:
